Security Groups

Purpose: This menu option provides access to an administrative table which maintains a list of security groups. Security groups are used in the setup of permissions for system users. An individual security group is used to describe a set of users which have identical permissions within the system.

NOTE: There are some permissions that are managed outside of security groups and these can be found within the User Information window accessed using the User List menu option.
