Offers Manager

Purpose: To describe functionality of the Offers Manager feature.

Licensing

From the License Details (link pending) window, go to the General section of the Interface section. The Offers line will identify whether or not your license includes the Offers Manager Module.

Access

This module may be accessed utilizing multiple methods:

1. From the ribbon:
1. Left-click Inventory.
2. Left-click the Offers Manager button; the Offers Manager search window will appear.
2. From the shortcut menu:
1. Left-click Inventory.
2. Left-click Offers Manager; the Offers Manager search window will appear.

Procedures

1. Offers Manager Quick Reference
2. Collect a vendor offer(n) an unofficial quote from a vendor (not initiated by an RFQ from the system) (or offer list).
3. Input offer information:
   
   NOTE: Part numbers input into the Offers Manager are not automatically added to the Parts Master; you may add an unlimited number of offers to the Offers Manager, even if your company may potentially never order, stock, or sell the items.
1. Manually enter offer information, OR
2. Import offer information utilizing the built-in import utility.
4. Reference the Offers Manager when researching manufacturers and/or suppliers for sourcing purposes.
5. Link offers to Quotes from the Phone Order module
6. Create RFQs directly from the Offers Manager.
