Create New Sales Order

Create New Sales Order

  1. Click on the ORDERS button from the main menu.
  2. Click on the ADD button.
  3. Search for customer.
  4. Double click on customer.
  5. Enter header information.
  6. Add lines manually or Click on OPTIONS and click on CONVERT FROM QUOTE (See ‘Convert From Quote’).
  7. Click OK to save.

 

Document Acct Tab

  1. Click ACCT and use the drop down menu to choose the appropriate G/L ACCOUNT number that you and your accountant set up in FINANCIALS ADMINISTRATION.
  2. Click OK to save.

 

Attach Images to Documents

  1. Go to options on top
  2. Select Line Image
  3. You can scan Images to the Sales Order

 

Go To Part Numbers in Lines - General

  1. Go to lines
  2. Click Options on top
  3. Select Go to Part Number and enter the Part
  4. Click ‘OK’ and this will jump down to that particular Part in the list

 

Expedite Lines

  1. Go to Lines
  2. Click Edit
  3. Click Options on top
  4. Select Line Expedite (Float Bar)
  5. Highlight the line
  6. This will give you all the history on a Line

 

Go To Specific Line Number - General

  1. Click Options on top
  2. Select first option, Go To Line #
  3. Enter line number to find
  4. Click OK to save.

 

Select Price Table on Sales Order Line

  1. Select UNIT PRICE in the line item and use the drop down menu to select the Price Table.
  2. Click OK to save.

 

Delete Sales Order - General

  1. Delete all the Lines in your Sales Order
  2. Click on Del and Delete the Sales Order
