Electronic Labor Time Collection

The Electronic Timesheet (ETS) modules enable real-time labor collection against work order operations/cards.

• Simple clock-in/clock-out system utilizing bar codes for employee and operation/card
• Application may be run on stand-alone workstations
• Developed for ease of use with touch screen interface
• Multiple employees may be signed into a single work order concurrently
• Administrative tools allow modification of closed sessions and the termination of open sessions by supervisors

There are two (2) variants of the ETS modules:

1. ETS (standard) - Enables a single employee to be logged into multiple tasks concurrently. When the employee logs out, the elapsed time is split evenly between the tasks.
2. ETS-Auto - Allows an employee to log out of one task and into the next in a single step.  As a result, the employee is never logged into more than one task at a time.
