Virtual Warehouse Manager

This module enables the creation and management of an unlimited number of virtual warehouses, each containing an unlimited number of bin locations.  Virtual warehouses are particularly useful in teardown management as well as lot and consignment management (when the appropriate required modules are enabled).  These virtual warehouses may represent a plane (or other vehicle), part of a vehicle or a QA quarantine to be tracked in multiple physical warehouses.
