Call Tracking

Purpose: To describe the features of the Call Tracking feature.

Licensing

The Call Tracking feature is a core feature of all licenses.

Access

This module may be accessed utilizing multiple methods:

  1. From the main menu screen: In the status bar (at the bottom of the window) there are three sections which display the word "call" in some way:

    1. Open Calls - Left-click within this section to open a search window displaying all open calls.
    2. Today Calls - Left-click within this section to open a search window displaying calls from the current day.
    3. Old Calls - Left-click within this section to open a search window displaying all old calls.
  2. From the ribbon:
    1. Left-click My Pentagon.
    2. Left-click Call Tracking; a menu of options will appear.
    3. The available options represent the different ways call records may be displayed.
  3. From the shortcut menu:
    1. Left-click My Pentagon.
    2. Left-click Call Tracking; a menu of options will appear.
    3. The available options represent the different ways call records may be displayed.

  5. Closing a call
