Licensing
The Call Tracking feature is a core
feature of all licenses.
Access
This module may be accessed utilizing multiple methods:
- From the main menu screen:
In the status bar (at the bottom of the window) there are three sections
which display the word "call" in some way:

- Open Calls
- Left-click within this section to open a search window displaying
all open calls.
- Today Calls
- Left-click within this section to open a search window displaying
calls from the current day.
- Old Calls
- Left-click within this section to open a search window displaying
all old calls.
- From the ribbon:
- Left-click My Pentagon.
- Left-click Call Tracking;
a menu of options will appear.
- The available
options represent the different ways call records may be displayed.
- From the shortcut menu:
- Left-click My

- Left-click ;
a menu of options will appear.
- The available
options represent the different ways call records may be displayed.
