Lot Manager Toolbar

Lot Manager Toolbar

Purpose: To describe the functionality of the toolbar on the Lot Manager window.

  1. Add button - Left-click this button to add a new lot warehouse record.
  2. Edit button - Left-click this button to modify the lot warehouse record that is being displayed.
  3. Del (Delete) button - Left-click this button to delete the lot warehouse record that is being displayed.
  4. Currency button - ignore (to be verified)
  5. Calculate button - Left-click this button to update the  fields located on the Setup tab.
  6. Update button - Left-click this button to update the following:
    1. Line cost of items issued from the lot warehouse to component and maintenance work orders.
    2. Line cost of items from the lot warehouse on pick tickets and sales invoices.
    3. General Ledger account associated with the line on which an item from the lot warehouse exists.
  7. Optn (Options) button - Left-click this button to view the Options menu.
  8. Attach Inv (invoice) button - Left-click this button to add costs to the lot by attaching miscellaneous invoices.

    NOTE: The total invoice cost will be added to the cost of the lot for calculation purposes.
  9. Search button - Left-click this button to open the W/H Lot List search window.
  10. Cancel button- Left-click this button to cancel any changes to the lot warehouse since last entering edit mode(adj) in any document, left-click the Edit button (most commonly located in the document window toolbar); after the button is selected "[Editing]" should appear in the document window title bar.
  11. OK button - Left-click this button to accept all changes to the lot warehouse since last entering edit mode.
  12. Close button - Left-click this button to close the Lot Information W/H: [x] window.
