Claims (Purchasing)

This module enables non-conforming material management of previously purchased products and services by allowing the creation of vendor claims.  Pick tickets are created to document shipment of non-conforming parts, providing the ability to document the reason for rejection for each line returned.  This module also enables issue of debit memos associated with the claims.
