Quality Control Management

This feature provides fully integrated quality control processes into the receiving, RMA and claims modules.  Features include:

• Business rules and processes in the user interface that support quality control best practices
• Allows documentation of receiving inspections
• RMAs enable management of non-conforming sales
• Claims enable management of non-conforming purchases
• Provides mitigation processes for those non-conformances.
